Social paddling sessions start at 7.15am on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Social paddling sessions offer a good physical workout plus the psychosocial benefits of being part of a crew, improving your technique, having fun, and enjoying the natural beauty of the lake.

Visiting paddlers welcome

Visiting Australian and international paddlers are welcome to paddle with our club.

If you’re a visiting paddler from Australia, you must be covered by AOCRA insurance. If you’re not an AOCRA member, you must sign our waiver form before hitting the water. Attendance is at the Head Coach’s discretion. Contact us ahead of time and let us know about your paddling visit.

New to outrigger paddling?

Starting outrigger canoe paddling is exciting but, for some new paddlers, it can be a little overwhelming. From knowing what to wear and bring to your first session, through to choosing the right paddle-size, or mastering a stroke and learning the jargon, we’ve got you covered.
