We collect and hold your personal information when you apply to be a member, and also when you become a registered club member. The kinds of personal information that we collect and hold about you, as a club member of Conjola Stingrays OCC, includes (but is not limited to):

- Contact details (email address and telephone number)
- Street address
- Date of birth (required for paddler insurance purposes)
- Emergency contact (name and phone number)
We collect this personal information directly from you.
When you provide us with information about a person you have chosen as your Emergency Contact, please ensure that you have their consent to do so, have told them you are disclosing their personal information to us, and direct them to this Privacy Policy, if requested.
Purpose
We collect, hold, and use personal information of registered members of Conjola Stingrays for the following purposes:
- To set up your club membership profile.
- To verify your identity when you contact us.
- For general administrative purposes, including training provision, club communication and account administration.
- As required or authorised by or under Australian privacy law.
We do not share your personal information with others, unless we are required or authorised by or under law, or we have sought your consent beforehand.
Access and correction
As a registered club member, you can access and correct your personal information by emailing us at conjolastingraysocc@gmail.com should you wish to access or correct your personal information held by Conjola Stingrays OCC.
